Glo is a bodywork practitioner and yoga teacher. She has studied with and received certifications from renowned practitioners including Sarah Seely of Thai Brooklyn and teachers at the Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She has also studied tui na (a Traditional Chinese Medicine bodywork technique) at Pacific College of Health and Sciences in New York where she is pursuing her Masters of Acupuncture. She has also received training in Wùo Taï, a branch of osteopathy created by Roland Combes, that is a therapeutic form of bodywork and dance that works with the fascia of the body.
She was drawn towards healing work from her own long journey with chronic pain and illness, and is passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies and find a sense of ease and wholeness again.
